Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and spray a 13×9 inch baking dish with nonstick spray
In a large bowl mix corn mayonnaise sour cream 1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder garlic powder salt and 4 ounces queso fresco
Spread mixture evenly into baking dish
Sprinkle remaining chili powder on top
Bake for 35 to 45 minutes until heated through and bubbly on the edges
Remove from oven and top with remaining queso fresco and cilantro
Serve warm with optional lime juice
