What this is
JusTheRecipe is a hobby tool that extracts the recipe portion of a cooking blog page and renders it on a clean card. By using the service you agree to the terms below. If you don't, please don't use it — there's no contract, paywall, or account required.
Use of source content
Recipes themselves cannot be copyrighted (lists of ingredients with functional instructions are facts), but the surrounding writing, images, and presentation can be. JusTheRecipe always links back to the original source and discourages redistribution of extracted content. Open recipes you have a right to view; don't use this tool to bypass paywalls or scrape sites at scale.
Your data
See the privacy policy. Short version: anonymous users store nothing on our server, signed-in users keep their data in their own Google Drive's app-private folder.
No warranty
The service is provided as-is. Extraction quality depends on each source site's markup; we make a best effort but don't guarantee accuracy. Always double-check quantities and cooking times against the source.
Liability
JusTheRecipe and its operators are not liable for any losses, damages, or undercooked chickens that result from using the service. If you have a concern about a specific extracted recipe, click "Report an extraction issue" on the recipe card and we will investigate.
Removal requests
If you operate a recipe site and want JusTheRecipe to stop indexing your URLs, email hello@digitalhigh.co and we will add your domain to the deny-list.
Changes
We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above reflects revisions.
