Easy 25-Minute Lemon Pasta (Amalfi Coast Inspired)
This easy Lemon Pasta recipe brings the fresh, vibrant flavors of the Amalfi Coast to your table in just 25 minutes. Made with simple ingredients like spaghetti, fresh lemon, garlic, Parmesan, and basil, it's a flavorful dinner bursting with lemony freshness.

Heat olive oil and butter in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat. Once butter foams, add sliced garlic and red pepper flakes. Cook 1 minute until fragrant.
Add uncooked spaghetti, 6 cups water, and 2 tsp kosher salt to the pot. Bring to a simmer.
Reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer for 8-10 minutes, stirring frequently, until pasta is al dente and most liquid has been absorbed/thickened by pasta starch.
Remove from heat. Immediately stir in ½ cup Parmesan cheese, lemon zest, and lemon juice until cheese melts and sauce emulsifies.
Stir in ¼ cup chopped fresh basil.
Serve immediately, topped with more Parmesan, fresh basil, and freshly ground black pepper.
