Bring large pot of water to boil and add 2 teaspoons salt.
Add spaghetti and separate strands with tongs during first 2 minutes.
Cook uncovered for 5 more minutes until al dente, stirring occasionally.
Drain pasta in colander.
Return pot to medium heat, add olive oil, 4 garlic cloves and oregano.
Turn off heat after 20 seconds of constant stirring.
Add drained pasta, tomato sauce, remaining salt, pepper and 1 garlic clove.
Stir gently until warmed through.
Serve with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
