Preheat your oven to 350°F. Prepare a 9×13 casserole dish by lightly greasing it.
Sauté the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once shimmering, add the lean ground beef and cook until browned.
Mix in the chopped onion and cook until tender and translucent.
Season with chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and cumin. Stir well and cook for another 5 minutes.
Layer crushed tortilla chips evenly at the bottom of the casserole dish.
Combine beef mixture with black beans, corn, salsa, and 1 cup of cheddar cheese. Stir and warm until cheese melts.
