This honey garlic chicken features juicy chicken breasts drenched in a rich, sticky sauce. It's a perfect blend of sweet and savory that will excite your taste buds!

Ingredients
Instructions
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Once hot, add the chicken breasts and cook for 5-6 minutes per side or until fully cooked and golden brown. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, reduce the heat to low, and add honey, chicken broth, soy sauce, garlic, apple cider vinegar, thyme, and rosemary. Stir the mixture until well combined.
Increase the heat to medium and bring the sauce to a gentle simmer.
In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch with cold water until smooth, and then add it to the pan. Stir until the sauce thickens, about 1-2 minutes.
Return the cooked chicken breasts to the skillet, turning them in the sauce to coat well. Let them simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.
Transfer the chicken to a serving plate and pour the sauce over the top.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Serve with rice, mashed potatoes, or steamed vegetables for a complete meal.
