The Best Teriyaki Salmon

1. To make the salmon teriyaki: Heat oil in a large skillet on medium-high heat.
2. Add cubed Salmon and brown salmon until just cooked through.
3. While the salmon is browning, prepare your teriyaki sauce: In a medium-size mixing bowl whisk together soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, and Sriracha (if using).
4. Once salmon is browned and cooked through, add your homemade teriyaki sauce to the skillet and continue to cook, stirring until the sauce has thickened. Throw in the sliced green onion.
5. Serve the Teriyaki salmon immediately with white or brown rice and avocado or the vegetables of your choice. Garnish the Teriyaki salmon with sesame seeds and more green onion. Enjoy! ❤️

Rice is the best option when serving teriyaki salmon. Rice noodles are also great. Add a few slices of avocado and you’re in Heaven. Regular noodles are another great option and make a delicious teriyaki salmon noodle bowl. You can also serve teriyaki Salmon with some steamed vegetables.

Prepare teriyaki salmon as instructed above, then divide salmon into 4 meal prep containers, and add 1/2 cup white or brown rice to each container.
