Poke Bowl
This poke bowl is built with ahi poke, warm rice, fresh vegetables, and a drizzle of spicy mayo. Assemble and customize to taste.

To make the poke:
Cut the tuna into 3/4-inch cubes and add to a large bowl. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, lemon juice, lime juice, mirin, brown sugar, and cayenne. Divide the marinade in half and reserve half for serving.
Pour the remaining marinade over the tuna and toss to combine. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes and up to 2 hours.
To make the spicy mayonnaise:
In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Sriracha, lime juice, and sesame oil. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
To assemble the poke bowls:
Divide rice and mixed greens between 4 bowls. Top with poke, cucumber, avocado, and edamame. Drizzle with reserved marinade, spicy mayonnaise, and Sriracha. Garnish with scallions and sesame seeds.
