The Ultimate Chocolate Milkshake

In a large bowl, combine the heavy cream, confectioner's sugar, and cocoa powder. Using an electric mixer, beat on medium-high speed until stiff peaks form, 2 to 4 minutes. Cover and refrigerate.

Place 2 (12-ounce) milkshake glasses in the freezer to chill for at least 15 minutes.

To a countertop blender, add the ice cream, chocolate milk, and chocolate syrup. Blend until very smooth.

Drizzle the insides of the chilled glasses with chocolate syrup. Divide the milkshake among the glasses and top with chocolate whipped cream, more chocolate syrup, and sprinkles or shavings. Serve immediately.
