Cooking Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) to ensure it’s hot and ready to bake your casserole to perfection.
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes, breaking it into crumbles until there’s no pink left.
While the beef cooks, bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the uncooked pasta and cook until al dente, usually about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef, drained pasta, condensed tomato soup, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese generously over the top.
Place the casserole in the preheated oven. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
Once baked, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Top with chopped parsley before serving.
