In a medium mixing bowl combine cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, rice and onion soup mix and mix until combined.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
Season both sides of pork chops with salt and pepper. Place on top of rice mixture.
Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes, until pork chops are 145 degrees Fahrenheit and rice is fully cooked.
Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
