In a large bowl, mix the milk with 1/2 tablespoon salt, 1 teaspoon oregano, 1 teaspoon paprika, and 1 teaspoon granulated garlic. Add the shrimp, stir to coat, and marinate for 10 minutes.
In a separate bowl, combine the flour with the remaining salt, paprika, oregano, granulated garlic, and black pepper.
Remove the shrimp from the milk mixture and let any excess drip off.
Thoroughly coat each shrimp in the seasoned flour mixture, pressing the flour on for a thicker crust.
Heat oil in a deep skillet or fryer over medium-high heat.
Fry the shrimp in batches, without overcrowding, for 2–3 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
