In a small bowl, combine the warm pineapple juice and yeast. Let sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the sugar, melted butter, eggs, and warm milk. Add the yeast mixture and stir to combine.
Gradually add the flour and salt, mixing with a spoon or dough hook until a soft dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 8 minutes, until smooth and elastic. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Punch down the risen dough and divide into 12 equal pieces. Shape each piece into a ball and place in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 350 °F (175 °C). Bake rolls for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool slightly before serving.
