Making the Dish
Make the Peanut Sauce: Add creamy peanut butter, hoisin sauce, low-sodium soy sauce, garlic, Sriracha hot sauce, rice wine vinegar, and warm water to a food processor. Blend until smooth and pour into a bowl to set aside.
Prep the Veggies: Chop all fresh vegetables and herbs, including basil, mint, cilantro, serrano peppers, avocado, carrot, bell pepper, cucumber, and mango.
