Preheat oven to 400°F. Pour melted butter into a 13×9-inch baking dish and tilt to coat the bottom evenly.
Add eggs, milk, flour, and salt to a blender. Process just until smooth don’t over-blend.
Pour batter into the buttered dish. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
While the pancake bakes, combine butter, sugar, buttermilk, corn syrup, and baking soda in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and cook for 7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
Dust the pancake with confectioners’ sugar and serve immediately with warm buttermilk syrup and fresh blueberries if desired.
