These cabbage dumplings skip the flour wrapper and opt for a crisp-tender cabbage wrapper for a low-carb, satisfying meal.

Ingredients
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine pork, garlic, ginger, cilantro, 1 scallion, 1 Tbsp. soy sauce, and 1 tsp. sesame oil. Add egg and mix until just combined.
In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook cabbage leaves until tender, about 1 minute. Transfer to paper towels to drain.
Cut each cabbage leaf in half lengthwise and remove core. Spoon about 1 Tbsp. pork mixture on one end of a leaf and tightly roll up, tucking in sides. Repeat with remaining pork mixture and cabbage.
In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Working in batches, cook dumplings, seam side down, until golden, about 2 minutes.
Add water to skillet and cover with a lid. Steam until pork is cooked through (test one to check), about 10 minutes. Repeat with remaining dumplings.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine remaining scallion, 1/3 cup soy sauce, and 1 tsp. sesame oil.
Arrange dumplings on a platter. Serve with sauce alongside.
