Seared chicken cooked in a rich sauce of cream, bourbon, and sun dried tomatoes, this dish is about as tasty as it gets!

Ingredients
Instructions
Place flour in a shallow bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Working with one piece at a time, coat chicken in flour.
Heat oil and butter in a large straight-sided skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken in a single layer (working in batches and adding more oil if necessary), turning once, until golden brown, 7 to 9 minutes. Transfer to a plate.
Add garlic and thyme to skillet. Cook, stirring, until fragrant, 30 seconds to 1 minute. Add bourbon and cook, scraping up any bits that have stuck to the pan, about 1 minute. Add stock and reduce heat to medium low. Simmer until liquid is reduced by half, 2 to 3 minutes.
Add cream and tomatoes. Cook, stirring frequently, until mixture begins to thicken, 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in Parmesan. Season with salt and pepper. Nestle chicken in sauce. Cover and cook until chicken is warmed through, 3 to 4 minutes. Serve garnished with basil and baguette alongside.
