Cheeseburger
A juicy homemade cheeseburger with a perfectly seasoned beef patty, melted cheddar cheese, crisp lettuce, fresh tomato, and toasted buns. Classic, comforting, and ready in just 25 minutes.

Preheat a large skillet or grill pan over medium high heat.
Shape the ground beef into 4 equal patties and season both sides with salt and black pepper.
Place the patties in the hot skillet and cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side.
During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and allow it to melt.
Spread butter on the inside of the buns and toast them in a separate pan until golden.
Spread ketchup and mustard on the toasted buns.
Layer lettuce, the cheesy patty, tomato slices, and onion, then top with the other half of the bun.
Serve immediately while warm.
