Ingredients
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Microwave the riced cauliflower according to the package directions and then let it cool.
Place the riced cauliflower in a food processor and pulse it until it becomes fine and is similar to rice in texture.
Transfer the cauliflower dough to a linel towel, nut milk bag, or cheesecloth and squeeze it until all the moisture comes out. The more moisture, the soggier your pizza crust will be.
Place the cauliflower rice in a medium bowl and add eggs, cheese, onion powder, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Mix the ingredients until they are well combined.
Transfer the cauliflower mixture to the center of a baking sheet or pizza pan that has been lined with parchment paper. Spread it evenly into a circle. It should be about 1/4 inch thick.
Bake the crust for about 30 minutes or until it turns golden brown. Carefully flip the crust over and bake the underside for about 10-15 minutes. I usually flip the crust onto another parchment paper so as to bake the other side.
Remove the crispy cauliflower crust from the oven and top it with the toppings you love. Then, place it back in the oven. Bake the pizza for about 10 minutes or until the cheese on top melts and begins to bubble. Remove it from the oven.
Using a pizza cutter, cut the crust into 6-8 slices, and enjoy!
