Best Quiche Recipe
A classic, savory quiche packed with crispy bacon and a blend of cheddar, mozzarella, and parmesan cheeses, all baked in a flaky pie crust. Perfect for breakfast, brunch, or any meal of the day.

Ingredients
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to prepare for baking the quiche.
Place the softened pie crust into a shallow 9-inch glass pie plate. Double-fold the edges of the crust and crimp them to create a decorative border and seal.
Evenly spread the cooked and crumbled bacon slices at the bottom of the pastry shell. Then, layer the shredded cheddar, mozzarella, and grated parmesan cheeses over the bacon.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the 4 slightly beaten eggs, 1 cup milk, ¼ teaspoon salt, and ¼ teaspoon pepper until thoroughly combined.
Pour the egg and milk mixture evenly over the bacon and cheese in the pie crust, ensuring the filling is well distributed.
Place the pie plate on the middle rack of the oven and bake for 45 to 50 minutes. Check doneness by inserting a knife in the center; it should come out clean when the quiche is cooked through.
Once baked, allow the quiche to rest for 5 to 10 minutes to set before slicing and serving.
