How to Make Dumpling Bake
In a large baking dish, pour in coconut milk, red curry paste, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, and sesame oil. Whisk until smooth, then grate in the garlic and ginger.
Preheat your oven to 400℉ (200℃). Chop the bok choy and slice the zucchini. Add them to the baking dish, stirring to coat.
Place the frozen dumplings in a single layer over the vegetables. Spoon some broth over the dumplings, then cover with aluminum foil.
