Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk, mixing until just combined.
Pour batter into loaf pan and bake 50–55 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
Whisk powdered sugar and lemon juice to make the glaze.
Pour glaze over warm loaf, cool completely before slicing.
