Add the vegetables: Fold the cabbage and green onions into the batter until evenly distributed.
Cook the Okonomiyaki: Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and grease it lightly with oil. Pour the batter into the pan, shaping it into a pancake, and top with the sliced pork belly.
Flip the pancake: Once the edges brown, flip the pancake carefully and cook for another 4-5 minutes until golden and cooked through.
Finish and serve: Drizzle Okonomiyaki sauce on top, and garnish with bonito flakes and aonori before serving.
