Really quick and easy to prepare, this Greek chicken will become a regular family favourite. Its fresh and bright and tastes amazing. Tastes great cooked on stove top, but it’s elevated to the next level when done on a BBQ grill and gets the smokey flavour to it as well

Instructions
Mix all ingredients together bar the chicken and stir to combine.
Add in the chicken and marinade for 1 hour. Do not leave any longer as the chicken begins to break down and 'cook' from the lemon juice
Cook on a BBQ grill until cooked through. Serve with chips and a Greek salad
