Best Egg Rolls
Crispy on the outside and packed with a flavorful pork and vegetable filling, these homemade egg rolls are a perfect appetizer or snack. Easy to make and delicious with your favorite dipping sauce.

In a large skillet, cook ground pork over medium heat until no longer pink. Add garlic and ginger, and cook for an additional minute.
Stir in cabbage, carrots, and green onions. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well and remove from heat.
Place a spoonful of the filling onto an egg roll wrapper. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, fold in the sides, and roll tightly.
Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 375°F. Fry egg rolls in batches until golden brown and crispy.
Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
