Cook the pasta according to the directions on the package for al dente.
Drain, then rinse the pasta under cold water.
Toss the pasta with a teaspoon of olive oil.
Place the pasta in a large bowl, then add the celery and onion.
Stir in bell pepper.
Add the pickles.
Add in the hard-boiled eggs.
Mix.
