Place diced mango in a blender or food processor. Add powdered sugar, yogurt, ice cubes, and milk. Run blender till the mango lassi is smooth, 2 to 3 minutes. Check consistency and add up to 120 ml water (about ½ cup) to thin it down to a lassi consistency. Blend for another few seconds.
Pour mango lassi into two tall glasses. Sprinkle with chopped pistachios (pista) and place a sprig of mint in each glass.
