This easy sausage and peppers recipe is a quick and flavorful weeknight dinner. Juicy Italian sausages are sautéed with colorful bell peppers and onions, creating a hearty and satisfying meal.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sausages and cook until browned on all sides, about 7-8 minutes. Remove sausages from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the sliced onions and bell peppers. Sauté for 5-6 minutes until they begin to soften.
Add minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Stir and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Slice the browned sausages into 1-inch pieces and return them to the skillet with the vegetables.
Cook everything together for another 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sausages are cooked through and the peppers are tender.
Serve hot, on its own or with crusty bread, pasta, or rice.
