Make the Crispy Tofu
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). In a large bowl, combine the tofu cubes with avocado oil, tamari, and sriracha. Gently toss to coat. Sprinkle in the cornstarch and toss again until the tofu is evenly coated.
Arrange the tofu in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each piece. Cook for 11–15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the tofu is golden and crispy. Work in batches if needed.
Assemble the Bowls
Divide brown rice and roasted broccoli among serving bowls. Add the crispy tofu and sliced avocado.
Finish & Serve
Drizzle generously with the carrot-ginger dressing. Top with radish slices, microgreens, sesame seeds, and red pepper flakes if desired. Season with salt to taste and serve with extra dressing on the side.
