Whisk warm milk, yeast, and sugar. Let sit for 5 minutes.
Add eggs, butter, salt, and 1 cup flour. Beat on low. Add remaining flour. Beat on medium until dough pulls away from sides.
Knead dough for 5-7 minutes. Dough should be soft. Use windowpane test to check kneading.
Grease a bowl. Place dough in bowl, turning to coat. Cover and let rise for 1-2 hours or until doubled.
Grease a 10-12 cup Bundt pan.
Melt 1/2 cup butter. Mix granulated sugar and cinnamon in another bowl.
Punch down dough. Roll small pieces into balls. Dip in melted butter, then in cinnamon-sugar. Arrange in Bundt pan. Let rest for 20 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C).
Melt remaining 1/4 cup butter, then whisk in brown sugar and vanilla. Pour over monkey bread.
Bake for 35-45 minutes or until golden brown. Cool for 5-10 minutes, then invert onto plate.
Whisk icing ingredients. Drizzle over monkey bread.
Serve same day. Store leftovers tightly covered.
