Instructions
In a medium bowl, whisk together all the dry seasonings plus a teaspoon of salt.
Add the sliced chicken and toss to combine.
Saute the seasoned chicken in batches in a small amount of olive oil until cooked. Add more olive oil as needed to prevent sticking. Set aside.
Add more olive oil to the pan and cook the onions and peppers until tender. Add chicken back to the pan and stir until all ingredients are hot.
Squeeze a little lime juice over chicken, if desired.
Serve chicken mixture with tortillas, salsa, guacamole, sour cream or any favorite toppings.
