Dorito Casserole
Dorito casserole is a cheesy, savory comfort food that combines layers of crunchy Doritos, ground beef, and a creamy cheese sauce. This easy-to-make casserole is a family favorite that takes just 30 minutes to prepare, making it perfect for busy weeknights or potlucks.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large pan, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, then drain excess fat.
Add the cream of chicken soup, cheddar cheese soup, evaporated milk, and diced green chilies to the beef mixture. Cook while stirring until bubbly.
Spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with non-stick spray.
Layer half of the Nacho Cheese Doritos at the bottom of the baking dish, lightly crushing them (but not into tiny pieces).
Scoop half of the meat and cheese mixture over the chips and top with 1 cup of shredded cheese.
Repeat the layers with the remaining chips, meat mixture, and shredded cheese.
Bake for about 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the casserole is heated through.
Serve with toppings such as sour cream, diced tomatoes, or green onions.
