Step 3: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add seasoned chicken and cook for 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through.
Step 4: While chicken cooks, prepare vegetables by dicing cucumber and tomatoes, slicing red onion, and chopping fresh parsley.
Step 5: In a small bowl, whisk together tahini sauce and lemon juice until smooth. Add water if needed to reach desired consistency.
