A healthier alternative to deep-fried potato wedges, these Air Fryer Potato Wedges are quick, easy, and delicious.

Ingredients
Instructions
Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly, leaving the skin on.
Cut each potato in half lengthwise. Cut one half into smaller wedges. If the potatoes are wide, you can cut more wedges from them, similar to what I did in the video.
Pat the wedges dry with kitchen paper to remove excess moisture. This step will help achieve better results.
In a large bowl, mix all the remaining ingredients well, except for the potato wedges.
Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss them to coat all sides evenly with the mixture.
Place the wedges in the air fryer and keep a little space between them. Air fry the wedges at 180°C (350°F) for 9 minutes.
After 9 minutes, open the fryer and toss the potato wedges. Air fry them again for an additional 7 minutes.
Serve the potato wedges with your favorite dip or alongside chicken or steak.
