These Old English Sausage English Muffins are such a classic breakfast. These have been around forever and are making a comeback on Tik Tok. This vintage recipe is one my grandma still makes! Breakfast sausage, old english cheese and english muffins combine to create a simple yet delicious family friendly breakfast. The best part about these is they freeze and rewarm beautifully making them the perfect breakfast prep to have on hand.

Ingredients
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Brown and drain the grease from your breakfast sauce.
In a medium bowl combine the sausage with the cheese and stir until well mixed.
On a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper lay out your split english muffins, nooks and crannies side up.
Evenly divided the sausage mixture between all the muffins and spread out.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until lightly golden.
Serve!
Freeze these in a single layer on a baking sheet and freeze for 2-4 hours until completely frozen.
You can either wrap these individually in plastic wrap and place in a freezer safe ziploc bag or in their own little sandwich baggie.
Freeze until ready to eat.
These warm up beautifully in the oven, toaster oven or air fryer at 350 degrees until warm and toasty.
