Vinaigrette Salad Dressing

This easy homemade vinaigrette is my go-to salad dressing! It comes together in just 5 minutes and tastes so much better than store-bought. You can easily change the flavor by swapping the vinegar and adding herbs or spices. Yields ¾ cup dressing (about 6 servings at 2 tablespoons each).

Ingredients
Instructions
In a bowl or liquid measuring cup, whisk together all ingredients until fully combined.
Taste and adjust: Too acidic? Add more olive oil or a drizzle of honey/maple syrup.
Needs zing? Add another teaspoon of vinegar.
Lacking flavor? Add a pinch more salt.
Serve right away, or refrigerate for up to 7–10 days. If the olive oil solidifies, let the vinaigrette sit at room temperature 5–10 minutes (or microwave for 20 seconds) and whisk again before serving.
