<p>Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Then, stir in the milk and vanilla extract.</p><p>In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix just until combined.</p>
<p>In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Pour in the melted butter and combine until crumbly.</p>
<p>Pour half of the batter into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle half of the streusel topping over the batter. Pour the remaining batter on top and sprinkle the remaining streusel on top. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.</p>
<p>In a small bowl, mix together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth. Drizzle over the cooled coffee cake before serving.</p>
