Ultimate Beef Nachos
Delicious beef nachos loaded with seasoned ground beef, melted cheese, and fresh toppings over crunchy tortilla chips.

Ingredients
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the diced onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes, until translucent.
Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
Add the ground beef, breaking it up with a spoon. Cook until browned, about 6-8 minutes.
Drain excess fat if necessary, then stir in the taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until the liquid reduces and the beef is fully seasoned.
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
On a large baking sheet or oven-safe platter, spread out the tortilla chips in an even layer.
Spoon the seasoned beef evenly over the chips.
Sprinkle the shredded cheese generously over the top.
Add black beans and jalapeños if using.
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and immediately top with pico de gallo, sour cream, guacamole, and cilantro.
Serve immediately while hot and melty.
