Fish Taco Sauce Recipe

Zest ½ teaspoon of lime zest from the lime and then cut the lime to juice out 1 tablespoon of fresh lime juice. These fresh ingredients provide a bright citrus base for the sauce.
In a small bowl, add the sour cream, mayonnaise, chopped cilantro, half and half, garlic powder, cumin, smoked paprika, lime zest, lime juice, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Whisk all the ingredients together thoroughly until smooth and well blended.
Cover and refrigerate the sauce for at least 30 minutes. This resting time allows the flavors to develop and blend, creating a balanced and flavorful sauce.
