BEEF CURRY
Beef Curry is a rich and flavorful dish featuring tender beef simmered in a fragrant blend of spices, tomatoes, and coconut milk. Perfect for a hearty dinner served over rice or with warm flatbreads.

Brown Beef:
Heat oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add beef cubes and brown on all sides. Remove and set aside.
Sauté Aromatics:
In the same pot, add onion, garlic, and ginger. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Add Spices:
Stir in curry powder, cumin, coriander, turmeric, and chili powder. Cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
Simmer Curry:
Return beef to pot. Add diced tomatoes, coconut milk, and beef broth. Stir well and bring to a boil.
Cook:
Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 1 to 1 ½ hours, until beef is tender and sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve:
Garnish with fresh cilantro if desired. Serve hot with rice or flatbreads.
