Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat a rimmed baking sheet with spray. Pat chicken dry, place on sheet, skin-side up.
Season both sides generously with salt, pepper, oregano, and spices. Cover tops almost completely for bold flavor.
Bake 45 minutes until internal temp hits 165°F for breasts or 170°F for thighs. Rest 5 minutes, then shred, discarding bones and skin.
Toss shredded chicken with pan juices and lime. Warm tortillas on a hot skillet 30 seconds per side.
