<p>Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease bottom and sides of two 15x10x1-inch baking pans or line with parchment paper.</p>
<p>In large bowl, stir together baking mix, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley, and garlic powder until well mixed. Add sausage and milk. Mix thoroughly using your clean hands or a spoon.</p>
<p>Shape mixture into 1 1/2-inch balls. Place 1 to 2 inches apart on pans. Bake 20 to 25 minutes, rotating pans halfway through bake time, until sausage balls are brown. Immediately remove from pan and transfer to a serving platter. Repeat with remaining sausage mixture.</p>
<p>Serve warm with sauce for dipping.</p>
