Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a small baking dish (8×8 or similar) so your dip won’t stick.
In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, ranch dressing, and buffalo sauce. Stir until smooth and well blended. This mixture should be creamy, tangy, and slightly spicy.
Fold in the shredded chicken, 1 cup cheddar, and mozzarella cheese. Mix until everything is evenly coated with the sauce.
Spread the mixture into your prepared baking dish. Top with the remaining 1/2 cup cheddar cheese. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until hot and bubbly with golden melted cheese on top.
