Made with crispy, flavorful falafel patties nestled in warm, soft pita bread and topped with fresh vegetables and creamy sauces, these falafel pita wraps offer a perfect blend of textures and tastes.

Ingredients
Instructions
Make Tzatziki Sauce. Place grated cucumber in a paper towel or a clean cotton kitchen towel and squeeze over the sink to get rid of most of the moisture. Place the grated cucumbers in a small bowl and add Greek yogurt, fresh garlic, dill, olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix well and set aside.
Air fry or fry falafel patties so they are hot and golden brown. I recommend my easy air fryer falafel recipe but feel free to use whatever falafel you have.
Warm up the pitas - I place them on a baking sheet and heat in the oven preheated to 350 degrees Fahrenheit for a few minutes.
Spread some tzatziki sauce on each pita, add lettuce leaves, hot falafel patties, halved cherry tomatoes, chopped cucumbers and sliced red onions.
Fold together like a taco or a wrap and enjoy. You can also place it on a piece of parchment paper or tin foil so that 1/3 of it sticks out and wrap it tightly to make eating less messy.
Serve with more tzatziki sauce or any sauce that goes well with falafel (got sauce, tahini sauce, hummus etc).
