Sesame Chicken

In a bowl, season chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
Coat chicken in cornstarch and flour mixture, then dip in beaten eggs, and coat again in flour mixture.
Heat about 1 inch of oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Fry chicken in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 4–5 minutes per batch. Drain on paper towels.
