Slowly add the milk, whisking continuously until the mixture thickens and becomes smooth. Remove from heat.
Temper the eggs by adding a small amount of the hot sauce to the egg yolks, then stir the egg mixture back into the saucepan, whisking constantly.
Add the sherry, Worcestershire sauce, Parmesan cheese, and salt. Gently fold in the whipped cream to keep the sauce light and airy.
