Sift the Matcha Powder into a Matcha bowl to ensure a smooth texture, free of clumps.
Pour 2 ounces of hot water (175°F) into the Matcha bowl.
Using a bamboo matcha whisk, whisk the Matcha and water in a zigzag motion until the mixture is frothy and smooth. This should take about 1-2 minutes.
In a separate saucepan or using a milk frother, heat 8 ounces of your chosen milk until it reaches your desired temperature.
Using a milk frother or by vigorously shaking the milk in a closed jar, create a frothy texture.
Pour the frothy milk into the Matcha bowl, gently mixing the two liquids. If desired, add your favorite sweetener to taste.
