Instructions
Run the lime wedge along the rim of a rocks glass
Dip the rim into a plate of salt, add ice and set aside
Add sliced jalapeños to your cocktail shaker
Muddle gently using a cocktail muddler or the back of a wooden spoon
Add all the liquid ingredients
Add ice and shake until properly chilled—at least 30 seconds
Strain into prepared rocks glass
Garnish with a slice or two of jalapeño
