If you’re planning to cook the chicken indoors (in a cast-iron skillet), make sure you trim the wooden skewers to size before you thread the chicken onto them.

Instructions
Lay the chicken tenders flat on your cutting board and then, with the blade of your knife parallel to the board, cut the each in half lengthwise so that you have two wide, thin pieces. Put the chicken in a large bowl and cover with the sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Let the chicken marinate for 20 minutes.
While the chicken marinates, soak your wooden skewers in water so that they don’t burn.
Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl and stir until fully incorporated.

After the chicken has marinated, thread it onto the wooden skewers. Preheat your grill. Then, grill the chicken over medium-high heat until cooked through, about 1 to 2 minutes per side.
Serve the chicken with the dipping sauces. If you want to make lettuce wraps, serve the chicken skewers with bibb lettuce leaves, thinly sliced bell peppers, shredded carrots, and Key lime wedges.
