2 parts Avión Reposado
1 part Grapefruit Juice
1/2 part Fresh Lime Juice
1/2 part Simple Syrup
Splash of Club Soda
In a shaker filled with ice cubes combine 2 oz of tequila, 3 oz of fresh grapefruit juice and 1 oz of lime juice.
Add in about half an ounce of simple syrup or agave nectar depending on your taste preference.
Shake vigorously until everything is combined.
Then fill a glass with ice cubes and strain the mixture into it.
Top off with some sparkling water to balance out the flavors.
Finally garnish with a slice of grapefruit or lime wedge according to personal preference before serving cold! Cheers!
